Angelo De Boni

Angelo De Boni (1955) learnt how to express himself through design, graphics and color from master teachers such as Nanni Valentini and Marco Mirzan. He graduates with an MA before completing a Diploma in Applied Arts, for which he is awarded the highest possible mark and attended courses at the renowned Brera Academy in Milan. Fascinated by the theater, deBoni seizes the opportunity to collaborate on stage designs for a number of highly respected national theater companies - the artist then offers his expertise to smaller-scale companies. He enriched his personal experience through travel - everywhere from North Africa to South America provides emotional inspiration and the artist works hard to memorize the intensity of his emotional responses. In 2000 De Boni champions the latest wave of art, which he describes as NEXT-ART. At Giudecca 795 Art Gallery, De Boni presents pure minimalist subtraction pieces, at the same time capturing the essence of emotions; void and fullness find their meaning in the same color: essential WHITE, enriching the soul spirituality. "Bianco - White" from 14 to 29 June 2008 ("finissage" Sunday 29 June from 11.30 AM)
